When will my order ship?
Our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated shipping time is 3–7 business days.
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, wrong color choice, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@kindredvoyage.com within 7 days of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not gone into production or shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
My package says delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
First, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or delivery carrier.
If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier using your tracking number.

Do you offer custom orders?
We're happy to consider custom orders depending on the request — just reach out and tell us what you have in mind.
Custom designs typically include an additional fee, and larger bulk orders (such as for a family trip, girls' getaway, or group event) may qualify for a discount.
